Wm Riley Leitch is an Illinois local trombonist who specializes in chamber music and contemporary performance. He has premiered over 30 new works for trombone, chamber ensemble, and orchestra. Riley received his BA in composition and performance from Illinois State University and a MM in brass performance from DePaul University. He has performed at the Sewanee Summer Music Festival,  soundSCAPE Festival, Nief Norf Festival, and was a member of the Lucerne Festival Academy.

Riley is currently pursuing a certificate in performance from DePaul University. His philosophy on life is that music should be communicated effectively from performers and composers to their audiences via inclusivity and sensitivity.
